A digital product is characterized by its existence primarily in the form of software, electronic information, or digital content rather than having a tangible physical presence. At sam studio, we offer art in the form of digital content.
How and when will my order be delivered?
Your artwork will be available automatically once the payment has been processed. Since these are digital products, you will receive an email that includes download links for your files. Once you've downloaded them, you'll be ready to print. Please note that digital files allow a maximum of three downloads.
If after three business days your order has not been delivered, we kindly ask you to contact us via our email or our Instagram account.
Where should I print my drawings?
You can print your digital files at any of the following places:
- Your home printer
- A local print shop or copy center
- An online printing service
Where should I buy my frame?
You can find frames at a local home decor store or explore online framing services.
Can I print and sell copies of my digital download or use it for commercial purposes?
No, it's not possible. Our digital downloads are intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Purchasing any digital download on our website does not confer any rights for public display. With each purchase, you'll receive a certificate for your personal use of the digital downloads.
How often can I use my files?
You have the freedom to print your artwork as many times as you like, as long as it is exclusively for your personal use. Please remember that digital files allow a maximum of three downloads.
Is it possible to make a return and get a refund?
Since the products sold on the website are digital, they cannot be returned. Refunds are only considered in exceptional situations. Here is a more detailed explanation:
- Double Purchase
Within two weeks of the purchase, you are entitled to receive compensation. To complete the refund process, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have made a double purchase, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form, and we will be happy to assist you.
